Inspect Before Opening

Please inspect merchandise upon receipt to make sure right merchandise was sent to you.
Please make sure you received exactly what you ordered.

Regular Return

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days from invoice date
Socks must be returned in new, unworn, untried, re-sellable condition, and in the original, intact packaging
Any returned merchandise is subject to review by oldworldsocks.com
Please complete and return with merchandise Return Form from the back of your invoice.

We reserve the right at our own discretion to refuse or charge a 20% restocking fee on any merchandise returned without following this instructions
Refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for making purchase including taxes, if applicable.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing any return or exchange.

Return Shipping cost

All return shipping must be pre-paid. We will not accept Cash on Delivery for return packages.
We are not responsible for poorly packaged returns and/or liable for lost or damaged returned shipments.
To ensure the package arrives back to us safely, we recommend to use a pre-paid, insured, and traceable method where you receive a tracking number that can be used to trace the delivery

If you took advantage of QUANTITY DISCOUNT price and the total of your order after return is reduced to less than the amount to qualify for QUANTITY DISCOUNT the actual applicable price will be used to calculate refund amount

Free or Reduced Shipping Cost

If you took advantage of a FREE or REDUCED shipping promotion
and the total of your order is reduced to less than the amount to qualify for FREE or REDUCED Shipping,
the actual shipping charges will be retroactively deducted from the total of the refund due.

(wrong style, size, color)

If by mistake we sent you wrong merchandise (wrong style, size, color) – we will pay for return shipping and will send you correct merchandise (style, size, color as listed on your order/invoice)
If you received wrong merchandise – (wrong style, size, color) – please do not remove labels.
Socks must be returned in new, unworn, untried, re-sellable condition, and in the original, intact packaging
Merchandise with removed labels will not be accepted
Please complete online Merchant Error/Defective Merchandise Return Form
Once we receive and approve it, we will send you a shipping label, so you can return wrong merchandise to us free of shipping charge.

Once your return merchandise is received and approved by our Return Dept. correct merchandise will be send to you.

Defective Merchandise Return

Defective Merchandise Policy
Defects must be claimed within 30 days from invoice date.
Any defective merchandise is subject to review by oldworldsocks.com.
– Items deemed to have been subject only to normal wear and tear will not be refunded.
– Items deemed to have been damaged by improper washing/drying will not be refunded.
– Sizing/Fit is not considered a defect. We don’t refund on sizing/fit issues.
– Socks with holes caused by ripping off the labels will not be refunded, exchanged or replaced.
All items returned due to defect must be returned washed.
Defective merchandise will be replaced by non-defective merchandise of the same style, size, and color

Best way to resolve Defective Merchandise issue is to send us a photo of defect/defective item using Merchant Error/Defective Merchandise Return Form.
It will help us quickly correct things. But it is not necessary.

Exchanges

We don’t handle exchanges unless it was our error, but would be happy to help you process a return.
When the return is processed you may place a new order for an alternative product.

Refused Delivery
